This British National full hive kit includes all the essential components for a fully functioning hive. Whether you're starting out or adding another hive to your apiary, this thoughtfully curated set makes it simple.

Made from premium New Zealand Pine, this wood is knot-free, sustainably sourced, and extremely durable. Unlike cheaper Chinese Fir or soft UK timber, New Zealand pine offers superior strength and finish – comparable to high-end cedar, without the cost. It also arrives clean, ready for paint or preservative treatment.

• 11x DN4 brood frames with wired foundation
• 1x Metal queen excluder with wooden surround
• 2x Super boxes – flat packed
• 20x SN4 super frames with wired foundation
• Crown board with 2x Porta bee escapes
• Roof with galvanised metal top (fully assembled)

Only the boxes and crown board require assembly – all screws and fixings are included, and it's a straightforward job even for beginners.
